During December, the EMMA team released 26 new features, enhancements, and fixes. Here are the highlights:
EMMA Membership Accounting
- We added new options for billing initiation fees, allowing more control for Admins to specify what portion of an initiation fee should be billed each period.
- We improved the EMMA Payments module:
- A single payment can now be processed with employees of multiple companies.
- Payment batches can now include Direct Member Payments.
- Payments can now be applied to various special fees, such as Assessments.
- We enhanced EMMA’s Billing Module, adding options for Annual and Semi-Annual billing frequencies.
EMMA Grievance Management
- We improved how EMMA handles manually entered email addresses in grievance emails, providing better flexibility and error checking.
EMMA Data Importer
- We added better diagnostics and error reporting to ensure that rejected import records display more details on the reason for rejection.
- We modified the data importer to bypass certain background business logic, allowing customers to update raw data in bulk using import files.
