In November, the EMMA team made 6 production releases, introducing 18 new feature enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes focused on faster processing, clearer grievance workflows, and more precise reporting.

Feature Changes and Enhancements
- Added an automated script that marks employer billing periods as “Paid” when matching payment batches are found, improving accounting accuracy.
- Introduced a new “Retire” function for contact types, allowing admins to hide unused contact types from lists while keeping their records intact for reporting.
Fixes
- Fixed how Article/Section values are saved so they now filter correctly in Grievance Reports.
- Fixed an issue where Business Agent name updates didn’t apply properly to grievance email templates.
