During January, the EMMA team released 10 new features, enhancements, and fixes. Here are the highlights:
Quick Search
- We added a feature that saves a history of Quick Searches and allows users to browse and execute previous searches without re-entering the search criteria. You will now find a “Last Search” button available after you have entered a search on the Quick Search panel.
EMMA Grievance Management
- We enhanced how grievance alerts and email notifications are handled. EMMA now cancels a user email notification if there are no recipients specified for the notification. EMMA will also limit the publication of grievance alerts to 100, in order to preserve system performance.
EMMA Membership Accounting
- EMMA was enhanced to prevent users from deleting positions with an active billable status. Now, users much change a position to a non-billable status before the position can be deleted.
