In June, the EMMA team made 4 production releases, introducing 10 new feature enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes for customers.

Feature Changes and Enhancements
- Exports now leave empty fields blank and apply uniform formatting, ensuring every value lands in the correct column.
- We’ve refactored how EMMA applies unapplied payments and updated unposted batch logic to improve accuracy during processing.
- Optimizing long-running queries to remove slowdowns and improve import performance.
- We’ve updated employee views for a customer to show key details like Hire Date and Job Title more clearly, while hiding less relevant fields.
- We also added new access controls to limit editing rights for non-admin users.
Fixes
- Corrected billing exports to eliminate inaccurate arrears and refined membership stats so they recalculate reliably after person-type updates.
- Restored accurate field labels in grievance records, ensuring the right terminology appears across affected accounts.
